Welcome to our Corporate Communication & Leadership Skills Program. By registering, purchasing, or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. Program Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Access to live sessions, downloadable resources, and any bonuses will be provided as per the package chosen.

  • All login/access credentials are intended for individual use and must not be shared with others.


2. Payment Terms

  • All payments are to be made in full and in advance.

  • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, or secure online payment gateways.

  • Any payment-related dispute should be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.


3. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

  • Refunds are processed only if eligibility criteria are met and a formal request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.


4. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude during all interactions.

  • Any form of abuse, misconduct, or policy violation may lead to removal from the program without a refund.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, recordings, templates, and resources are the intellectual property of the program provider.

  • Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.


6. Schedule and Access

  • We reserve the right to reschedule live sessions in case of unavoidable circumstances. Participants will be notified in advance.

  • Access to recorded sessions or resources (if provided) will be available for a limited time, as communicated during the program.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the program.

  • Results may vary based on individual effort, background, and application of skills learned.


8. Privacy

  • By enrolling, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data will be collected, used, and protected.
