Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or registration.

  • You have not attended more than one live session, if applicable.

  • You have not accessed or downloaded more than 20% of the course materials (if any).

  • You provide a valid and honest reason for dissatisfaction with the program.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Full access to course content or attendance of major sessions.
